Clinical Applications Specialist Interventional at GE HealthCare. Responsible for planning and delivering high-performance clinical trainings for Interventional, Surgical and X-ray systems, ensuring user competency and fidelity to processes. Collaborates with internal areas to develop personalized educational content, lead specialized courses and provide clinical application support. Responsible for post-training reporting, travel logistics and ensuring adherence to quality policies, contributing to customer service excellence.

• In collaboration with the client, execute training plans to develop skills that guarantee user proficiency and high performance across Interventional, Surgery and X-ray systems.
• Proactively engage with Product, Commercial and Service teams to verify Education area recommendations are met (team assistance, scheduling and 100% operational systems) to complete training satisfactorily.
• Increase customer satisfaction by creating content for our online education program to support continuing education programs and provide product-specific supplementary materials. Also build customized educational solutions according to client needs.
• Lead special pre-application training courses and sub-modality specific courses designed as tailored solutions for client needs.
• Become a recognized expert in clinical/product technical competencies; respond to a wide range of questions about software and clinical applications.
• Produce well-written post-training reports, client evaluations and share information to support management.
• Maintain close contact with Product, Commercial and Service areas to build comprehensive GE customer support and develop client profile as a future leader in the clinical environment in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Ensure knowledge and compliance with company quality policies and processes.
• Manage travel logistics and budgets efficiently to optimize resource use.

• Certified radiology and diagnostic imaging technologist, medical technologist or biomedical engineer.
• Comfortable working in a clinical patient-care environment.
• Proven clinical and technical experience in Interventional, Surgery and X-ray to scan real patients or volunteers in a clinical-hospital setting.
• Current basic clinical scanning competencies demonstrated on current products/platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical/technical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, team-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Strong interpersonal, customer-focused and basic management skills; ability to work under high pressure and uphold integrity as a core value.
• Willingness to travel extensively in Latin America.
• Desirable: Intermediate to advanced English.

• Knowledge and experience in other modalities such as CT and Invasive (Polygrafos).
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor.
• Ability to present and speak publicly with confidence.
• Ability to respond rapidly to audience needs and feedback.
• Project credibility and diplomatic interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with different organizational cultures.
• High flexibility and passion/participation.
