Clinical Applications Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Applications professional to spearhead our field Clinical Applications team.

This challenging role offers an opportunity for a skilled expert to make a significant impact in the medical devices industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and train a team of Clinical Applications Specialists.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new Clinical Applications Specialists.
  • Assess and coach Clinical Applications Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Clinical Applications to identify training needs and design effective training programs.
  • Oversee daily activities of the Clinical Applications team, including territory issues, disciplinary situations, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Clinical Director to address issues and identify opportunities for growth and development of the Clinical Applications team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • RDMS in Abdomen & Ob/Gyn.
  • RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years commercial applications experience.
  • Management experience is desirable.
  • The ability to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleagues, and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Effective team building, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • The ability to travel 50% or more of the time.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
