Job Summary:

The Clinical Applications Manager is a crucial position in our medical devices industry, responsible for the development and training of clinical applications specialists. This role demands strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage daily tasks and build robust relationships with team members, colleagues, and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the training and development of new clinical applications specialists.
  • Provide assessment and coaching to clinical applications specialists.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Clinical Applications to identify training needs and develop suitable training programs.
  • Oversee daily activities of the clinical applications team, including territory team issues, disciplinary situations, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Clinical Director to address issues and identify opportunities for growth and development of the clinical applications team.
  • Conduct hiring processes for clinical specialists.
  • Complete required administrative tasks.
  • Provide customer feedback to Marketing.
  • Ensure adherence to the company's quality system requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • RDMS certification in Abdomen & Ob/Gyn.
  • RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial applications experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage daily tasks and build strong relationships with team members, colleagues, and customers.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
