- Deliver specialized training programs to equip healthcare professionals in confidently supporting patients with long-term use of medical devices.
- Coordinate clinical evaluations with healthcare providers to drive adoption while collecting real-world evidence for marketing initiatives.
- Collect data on clinical outcomes and usability from standardized tools.
- Ensure continued device effectiveness through post-market support.
- Share insights from training activities with internal teams to inform ongoing improvements.
- Participate in complaint data collection in line with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, life sciences, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in pharmaceuticals or medical devices; diabetes knowledge is advantageous.
- Proven clinical account management skills with relationship-building abilities.
- Strong presentation and training skills to educate HCPs and patients on correct usage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
- Clinical knowledge essential with ability to explain technical details.
- Results-driven individual with strong resilience and teamwork skills.
