What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Implement scalable processes, SOPs, and maintain strong CRM hygiene

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7-10+ years of professional experience in sales and/or fundraising
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales and fundraising team operations
  • Direct experience in sales/business development prior to management track
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement and collaboration
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and handle sensitive information with discretion
