Hartmann Young, a leading dietary supplement manufacturer in South America, is seeking an accomplished executive to spearhead its strategic and operational direction.As Chief Executive Officer, you will drive profitability, operational excellence, and long-term growth across Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and other key markets.Key responsibilities include defining the company's strategic vision, overseeing business operations, leading organisational transformation, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Define Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the company's long-term business objectives, focusing on innovation, market competitiveness, and sustainable financial performance.Oversee Business Operations: Lead manufacturing, R&D, sales, quality, and regulatory functions, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and market responsiveness.Drive Revenue Growth: Establish new partnerships, acquire customers, and innovate products to increase revenue and maintain market leadership.Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure quality assurance, compliance with international standards (GMP, ISO, ANVISA), and a strong supply chain dynamic.A successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field, along with 15+ years of leadership experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.A proven track record in executive management, business transformation, or scaling operations across Latin America is essential.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supplement manufacturing processes, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain dynamics.Strong financial and commercial acumen, bilingual or multilingual proficiency, and a dynamic leadership style are highly desirable.Responsibilities include driving revenue growth through innovative product development, establishing strategic partnerships, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Supply Chain Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Executive Leadership.Our organisation offers a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation packages, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
