Customer Success Specialist About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have experience working with small to medium-sized businesses. They will also possess strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively with internal teams to drive customer retention and growth.
