BDev Ventures is the non-strategic investment arm of BairesDev. Role Investment Associate on the sourcing team at BDev Ventures will join a team of startup investors and spend time sourcing, developing relationships, and investing in top startups in LATAM. You will source great startups that fit our investment criteria, develop initial relationships, and work closely with leadership to pursue potential investment opportunities. You'll represent BDev Ventures in the startup ecosystem, building relationships and promoting our brand, while using your outstanding communication skills to present and influence internal and external stakeholders. Create frequent reviews and reports with financial data. Qualifications Experience working in Venture Capital or directly with startups in an adjacent industry (e.g. accelerator).
