System Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our Enterprise Monitoring team. In this role, you will be critical to the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of our observability platforms—Splunk, DynaTrace, and NewRelic. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Ensure the Daily Health of Enterprise Monitoring Tools Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration tuning to ensure optimal system performance. Triage and resolve monitoring-related incidents and service tickets in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions and improve visibility. Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to support operational and business needs. Participate in on-call rotations and support incident response efforts. Document operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. This role requires excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
