As a Lead Procurement Fulfillment, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. You will ensure to achieve the best delivery dates, controlling each step of their manufacturing process, while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
As a **Lead Procurement Fulfillment**, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Suppliers and supporting relevant Service Provider to ensure On Time Delivery for all material and documentation requirement.
- Partnering with supplier quality engineers and Quality Assurance to provide regular feedback about supplier performances, and refine the supplier strategy, to support the decision of responsible buyers.
- Cooperating with Suppliers, Planning Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering to define preventing actions, recovery plans and be responsible for key departmental performance metrics and reporting (KPIs).
- Giving the visibility to Internal customer on Supplier plan, identifying risks and opportunities and managing priorities ensure Manufacturing and Sales Plan met.
- Supporting the execution of risk mitigation plan related to supplier criticalities and Manufacturing / Project Management urgencies, coordinating with Material Management to support Commodities buyers.
- Partnering with Quality to support supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution, cooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency.
- Supporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations & results.
- Supporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
- Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.
- Reporting constantly of delivery status to buyers

- Need to show good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and / or Commercial.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and business areas.
- Have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment.
- Need to be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems.
- Show an analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results.
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance or alternative MBA.
- Desirable computer skills in programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power-Bi.
- English - Intermediary.
- Availability for travel (20%)
