If contributing to breakthrough projects in a truly global playground inspires you, this might be the opportunity for you. **PROCUREMENT MANAGER** **Job description**: - Manage the subcontracting and procurement activities by following up on the execution of projects and contracts through the effective management of Purchase Orders, the execution and diligence of Suppliers negotiations of scope variations and anticipation of deliveries or disputes with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual clauses for the delivery of materials and services. - Performing contractual and commercial review in the contracts with the suppliers; - Prepare the subcontracting and procurement plan for the projects, which must be prepared for each project, establishing the list of potential suppliers for each package; - Ensure the preparation, review and approval of contracts and Purchase Orders - Perform forecasting for subcontracting or procurement workload and estimate hours of activity and resources required, in order to establish resource estimates for projects under bidding - Manage the preparation of RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages - Follow up on internal and external audits to the sector; - Elaborate and manage the Cost Center operational budget; - Attend the Global procurement strategies, participating in meetings for alignment. - Lead the team of subcontracting specialists for all activities, goods and services to be subcontracted in all Subsea projects; - Negotiate with suppliers GTCs and PTCs ("General terms and conditions" and "Particular terms and conditions"); - Prepare and lead, when necessary, the execution of supplier agreements (PBA - Pre Bid Agreements, MOU - Memorandum of Understanding) with critical suppliers or single source suppliers, contributing to minimize supply costs - Prepare, lead and review contractual documents such as LOI (Letters of Intent to Suppliers), Supplier Agreements (such as "Form of Agreement") and Letters when necessary, in order to have a consistent document referencing all applicable project and contractual documentation - Challenge with your team the engineering requirements in order to obtain potential cost reductions for the packages and seek maximum alignment with the budget defined for those packages; - Evaluate the proposals and check the Price Comparison Chart to issue a winning recommendation for the subcontracting process; - When necessary, support the team with commercial negotiations and negotiations of contractual terms and conditions; **You are meant for this job if**: - Degree in Engineering or Law - Specialization in Contract Law - Experience in leading teams in Procurement or Contracts - General knowledge of contractual principles and laws (Brazilian and international), as well as the most commonly used contractual and commercial principles in the industry - Experience in Engineering or Construction projects/contracts or in the onshore/offshore oil and gas industry - Experience in negotiating complex contracts for goods and services in industry and/or engineering - Advanced English Learn more about TechnipFMC and find other open positions by visiting our Career Page.
