As our P&C Manager, you'll be at the heart of our commercial operations, leading initiatives that drive growth, optimize partnerships, and deliver outstanding results for our clients. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, perfect for someone who enjoys both big-picture planning and detailed execution.

What You'll DoDrive Partnership Excellence
  • Lead and inspire our Partnerships & Content team to achieve ambitious KPIs while maintaining best practices
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management to elevate our client offerings
  • Spearhead continuous improvements in our service delivery
  • Develop and implement partner retention strategies
  • Secure and maintain exclusive partnership agreements
Shape Business Strategy
  • Transform client briefs into actionable, results-driven plans
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new product development
  • Partner with Business Development to identify market opportunities
  • Support proposal development and participate in closing key deals
Lead Operational Excellence
  • Optimize team performance through effective workload management
  • Ensure delivery excellence through clear communication and proactive problem-solving
  • Monitor and enhance profitability through cost management
  • Develop and implement training frameworks for team development
  • Drive operational improvements through process innovation
