Overview

Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. As a senior headhunter, you will help us find software engineers ready to relocate to Sweden and build trust with candidates throughout the relocation process.

Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. We support relocation with a competent global recruitment team and a Swedish delivery management team that handles visa, work permits, housing, tickets, and related logistics.

You will collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage IT engineering candidates for the Swedish market.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and coordinate relocation logistics with the Swedish delivery team.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through the relocation process.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and management to deliver successful placements.
  • Contribute to an efficient team culture that helps engineers and their families start a new career and life in Sweden.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • Solid, well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality standards and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies with the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude toward work and customers.
  • Professional appearance, responsible and customer-focused.
Employment details
  • Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur (minimum 12 months).
  • Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation at 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: remote or from a co-location center.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Includes paid national holidays and 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
