Language Services Project Manager

Cadence is a language services firm that caters to the due diligence industry. We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our interpretation team as a project manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects on a daily basis, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Communicate effectively with clients via various channels to understand their needs and expectations. Collaborate with colleagues to identify the most suitable linguist for each project and present their qualifications in a compelling manner. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional language is an asset. Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A goal-oriented and motivated individual who is eager to take on new challenges and drive success.
