Job Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to manage multiple projects per day, including remote and on-site tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, client communication, and recruitment of specialized language experts. Key Responsibilities: Scoping : Collaborate with clients via email, phone, or WeChat to understand their needs. Matchmaking : Identify the best linguist in our community to match client objectives. Executing : Coordinate expectations between clients and linguists, facilitate calls, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
