Job Title: Strategic Content Enhancement Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to enhance and optimize Large Language Models. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing content, creating scenarios that improve LLM models, and providing accurate answers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent comprehension in Portuguese, and the ability to contribute to cutting-edge AI models. You will work closely with our team to analyze large datasets, create detailed explanations, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Read, summarize, and validate large content collections
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance LLM model performance
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent reading and writing comprehension in Portuguese
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to think creatively and laterally
  • Independence in remote work settings
  • Flexible schedule with 4-hour overlap with PST/PT
  • Technical setup including desktop/laptop and reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Portuguese and familiarity with Excel and Google Suite are highly desirable.
