What You'll Do: Create and deploy cloud-native systems on AWS that excel in performance and reliability. Lead Kubernetes clusters: architecture, automation, observability, and performance optimization. Develop Terraform modules and GitOps pipelines to streamline deployments and make them seamless. Establish CI/CD pipelines that are swift, reliable, and ensure new features reach production safely. Automate provisioning, monitoring, security – using the best tools for the job. Pursue system uptime of 99.99% across billions of transactions annually. Collaborate directly with product engineers, security, and leadership to deliver infrastructure that fuels growth. Mentor teammates, review code, and help define best practices as we scale. You Should Have: 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering. A strong track record with LAMP (Linux Apache Mysql PHP). Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. A deep understanding of Linux, containers, networking, and cloud-native security. The ability to scale systems for high-volume, high-availability workloads. An eye for automation and eliminating manual work wherever possible. Startup or growth-stage experience is a plus. Excellent async communication skills (Slack, GitHub, Docs). Bonus Points If You've: Built infrastructure for AI/ML systems, SaaS, or telco-scale apps. Used tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Vault, Elastic Stack, or EKS. Led technical teams or mentored junior engineers. Got certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, or Azure Admin.
