Lead UX Designer – Zallpy Digital

What You Will Do

• As the UX designer for the team, ensure the user’s outcomes are well understood.
• Plan design work with product owners, engineering, and UX leaders for future work and backlog grooming.
• Participate in agile ceremonies with your team in two-week sprint cycles.
• Incorporate insights from user research into each iteration of work. Understand the problem through user research to deliver the right solution, whether you conduct your own research or partner with a UX Researcher.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, client users, and peers; be vocal in your craft.
• Guide teams in solving complex design challenges using user journeys, task flow analysis, early-stage wireframes, hi-fi comps, and clickable prototypes.
• Be comfortable working on products with tech stacks that may be new to you.
• Rely on you to navigate inevitable challenges and find solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Significant experience in UX design, including leadership roles, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire design teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, problem-solving, and innovative user experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience working on B2B solutions and understanding the challenges in these environments.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Proven experience leading user research and usability testing to drive design improvements.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agile environments.
• Familiarity with design systems and their implementation across products.
• Mentorship passion and a desire to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture.
