**What you will do**:

- As the UX designer for the team, your job is to ensure the user’s outcomes are well understood.
- You'll do design planning with the product owners, engineering, and UX team/leaders for future work and backlog grooming.
- You'll be a part of the agile ceremonies with your team in two-week sprint cycles.
- You'll incorporate insights from user research into each iteration of work..
- Understanding the problem through user research will help you deliver the right solution, whether you conduct your own or partner with a UX Researcher.
- Your communication skills are vital to your success as a UX Designer, whether in discussions with engineers, client users, or peers.
- Being vocal in your craft is valuable to this role.
- You’ll guide teams in solving complex design challenges using user journeys, task flow analysis, early-stage wireframes, hi-fi comps, and clickable prototypes.
- You're comfortable working on products with tech stacks that may be new to you.
- Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to look for a solution.

**What we are looking for**:

- **Advanced English proficiency.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Significant experience in UX design, including leadership roles, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire design teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, problem-solving, and the ability to create innovative user experiences.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience working on B2B solutions and an understanding of the unique challenges in these environments.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Proven experience leading user research and usability testing to drive design improvements.

**It will be a plus if you have**:

- Experience working in agile environments.
- Familiarity with design systems and their implementation across products.
- A passion for mentorship and a desire to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture.

- This is a **hybrid position**, at our client's office in **Porto Alegre/RS**.
