
Regional Manager

As a Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for managing Aracaju, Fortaleza, João Pessoa, Macaé, Maceió, Natal, Recife, Salvador, Rio de Janeiro and Vitória region operations. You and your team will be working with leaders across shopper ops, expansion, marketing, BizDev, among others, to build, scale, manage, and improve performance across region. This person should be a multi-tasker that’s excited about setting the regional strategy for a very critical aspect of our marketplace and leading projects that drive quality, growth, and profitability for the business besides being an amazing leader, developing the cities teams and raising the bar to deliver a five-star service across the region.
**What will you do?**:
- Build our operations, optimizing existing processes, and overseeing OPS regional team focused on quality and inventory, onboarding, engaging and retaining the supply (shoppers).
- Work cross functionally with support, shopper ops, catalog, marketing and bizdev teams to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Understand our priorities and translate them into actionable goals for your team.
- Develop insights and define metrics that drive key business decisions and solutions.
- Ideate, implement, track and iterate on initiatives that influence marketplace behavior
- Support and manage projects that vary in scope and timeline, alongside cross-functional partners
- Actively maintain communications with a broad stakeholder base
- Oversee budgeting, P&L performance, and financial optimization to reach profitability targets
**What do you need to succeed?**:
- Experience in strategic and operational roles, supported by a history of delivering clear results.
- Experience managing teams.
- Highly analytical, outstanding data skills, and experienced in using data to tell a story and make recommendations.
- Well versed in Google Sheets / Excel, SQL.
- Adaptable self-starter that’s comfortable working in a startup where things move at a very fast pace.
- Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Spanish is considered a differential
- Team player that enjoys working cross-functionally
