**Location**:Subotica, RS, **Business Unit**:Ametek Mocon**Posting Date**:May 12, 2025- As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacture of oxygen sensors for the MOCON Alphasense business. This role will involve assembling materials and operating machinery to produce high-quality products. You will be comfortable following specified procedures and safety guidelines to ensure our products are manufactured efficiency and safety. You will work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from different departments to ensure that production targets are achieved whilst maintaining a clean, organized work environment.- Key responsibilities:- The Production Operator will:- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.- Be flexible to changing production needs and move to different workstations as required.- Hand assemble materials and operate machinery.- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained and report equipment faults and quality concerns.- Meet production targets and maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work environment.- Communicate effectively with the line manager and Operations Coordinator.- Support and cooperate with other staff, showing respect and a positive attitude.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager or senior director.- Requirements:- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well with others.- Patience, ability to remain calm under pressure and have a continuous improvement mindset.- Flexibility, physical dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.- Excellent verbal communication skills.AMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.0 billion.
