- As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacture of oxygen sensors for the MOCON Alphasense business. This role will involve assembling materials and operating machinery to produce high-quality products. You will be comfortable following specified procedures and safety guidelines to ensure our products are manufactured efficiency and safety. You will work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from different departments to ensure that production targets are achieved whilst maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
- Key responsibilities:

- The Production Operator will:

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Be flexible to changing production needs and move to different workstations as required.
- Hand assemble materials and operate machinery.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained and report equipment faults and quality concerns.
- Meet production targets and maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the line manager and Operations Coordinator.
- Support and cooperate with other staff, showing respect and a positive attitude.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager or senior director.
- Requirements:

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well with others.
- Patience, ability to remain calm under pressure and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Flexibility, physical dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
