What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, managerial, and professional roles
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Consult on recruitment best practices, policies, and compliance with Affirmative Action Plan
  • Develop targeted job descriptions and create effective screening and interview tools
  • Manage applicant tracking and maintain candidate information in the ATS
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 1+ year of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in an affirmative action organization
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes with demonstrated sourcing and screening skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume workload and take ownership of the selection process
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns
  • Experience with SAP and ATS
  • PHR certification a plus
  • Must be available for some travel
