Street Diligence is seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization, both in the US and globally. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company. This includes posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and collaborating with department managers to ensure a seamless and effective hiring process.

Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Create and post compelling job descriptions on job portals & social media platforms in the US and globally.
  • Leverage online job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to increase the visibility of job postings and attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Build a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current & future openings.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and staff interviewers.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Lead international recruitment efforts and assist with understanding and navigating different countries' employment laws and practices.

This role is for you if you are/have:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and corporate recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office and recruiting software/tools.
