**Function Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and develop working knowledge of relevant infrastructure technology concepts and industry standards and best practices.
- Install, configure, and maintain core Infrastructure services such as Nutanix Hypervisors, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP and DNS.
- Provide advanced technical support and 2nd/3rd level services in Compute, Network and Storage across the global landscape.
- Provide guidance and documentation to junior, field, and contracted resources.
- Perform hardware and software failure diagnosis and manage field service for resolution.
- Manage Vendors and Service Delivery across Corporate Private and Public Cloud environments supporting IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS operations.
- Engagement and support of the operational excellence of cloud frameworks, including cost management/optimization, consumption and quota management, capacity forecasting and tracking, automated provisioning of workloads (infrastructure as code development and management,) Cloud IAM and PAM, cloud security and availability, backup and recovery, and other components of hybrid cloud operations.
- Evaluate and document Hardware/Software standards for implementation at company sites and public cloud landing zones worldwide.
- Manage full end-to-end, client to server communication reliability and performance.
- Perform problem diagnosis and implement bug fixes/workarounds.
- Select, configure, and install Compute, Network and Storage hardware, options, and software.
- Develop, maintain, and execute standard procedures for installation, maintenance and vulnerability management of Hardware and Software.
- Perform capacity management functions for Infrastructure landscape, reporting on key metrics and forecasted demand.
- Perform Lifecycle Management functions, projecting Capital Refresh demand and Reporting/Maintaining important Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support.
- Perform Service Management for Infrastructure landscape, providing critical Escalation functions and Reporting key Service Levels Metrics.
- Participate in and help manage Infrastructure Change Management process.
- Develop, implement, and test, Hardware and Software Backup and Recovery functions.
- Install, configure, secure, and maintain Linux Operating systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain Server management systems such as HP Insight Manager, VMware vSphere, PowerShell/Scripting, SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Azure Monitor.
- Install, configure, and maintain systems including Enterprise-grade Server and Hyperconverged systems, SAN and Networking switches, Appliances, and other edge devices.
- Develop project plans, capital spending authorization requests and provide Project Management services for IT and business driven projects.
- Administer, onboard, and configure all aspects of corporate CyberArk PAM Solution.
- Execute and plan for principled Identity and Access Management using least-privilege.
**Required Experience and other Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Global Enterprise working with IT Infrastructure Design, Implementation, Integration, Operational Management, Compute, Storage and Network Technology Management.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with:
- Windows Server OS/Active Directory, Linux OS, Nutanix, HP Enterprise servers, and other related technologies focused on large scale Enterprise deployments.
- Storage and SAN Technology.
- Hypervisor architectures and management strategies.
- IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS workloads in Public Cloud environments including Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS
- Technical ability and knowledge to integrate, implement, and document new infrastructure solutions while supporting and maintaining the existing core Infrastructure effectively and efficiently.
