By blending deep expertise with localized infrastructure, Dadosfera provides a powerful, efficient tool that optimizes corporate data management and drives data-driven transformation.**About the Job**As a **Senior Marketing Analyst**, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand, promote products, and generate qualified leads. You will plan and oversee a variety of marketing initiatives, including events and content strategies, working both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve impactful results.**Responsibilities**- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies that promote our products, enhance brand recognition, and drive lead generation.- Plan and coordinate corporate events, such as conferences and webinars, to engage clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Create and manage content for campaigns across various channels, including social media, the company website, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to maintain a cohesive brand message and support broader marketing objectives.- Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns and events, adjusting strategies to optimize results.- Work independently to prioritize high-impact initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within technology companies or startups.- Strong proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation.- Proven experience in organizing and executing corporate events, from conception to results analysis.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging messaging.- Strategic, results-oriented approach, with strong project management and collaboration skills.**Preferred Qualifications**- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with experience in B2B or technology-focused environments.- Proficiency in marketing analytics and automation tools.- Established network within the technology or events industry.
