Job Opportunity: Finance Manager for LATAM Sales We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our LATAM Sales team's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and metrics/KPIs reporting, with strong business acumen and analytical skills.Key responsibilities include:- Managing operational expenditures and headcount for Sales, ensuring adherence to plans and targets- Driving the forecasting & consolidation process, ensuring accuracy- Providing insightful analysis of budget vs. actuals, identifying areas for improvement- Meeting deliverables and requests from business partners, Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and G&A functions- Supporting the Sales organization in meeting compliance obligations and statutory requirements- Building a high-performing finance team through hiring, mentorship, and professional developmentIn addition, the successful candidate will develop reports and predictive financial models to track Sales team productivity, pipeline health, customer analytics, program performance, discounting, and bookings projections.The ideal candidate will have:- A Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, MBA preferred, and 8-10+ years relevant experience- A proven track record of achievement and desire for increased responsibilities- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Suite skills, with ability to analyze large datasets and maintain complex financial models- Experience with data, CRM, Planning, and ERP systems such as Business Objects, Salesforce.com, SAP, and SAP BPC- Experience as a people manager, responsible for hiring and team development- Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment- Experience supporting a high-tech organization an asset
