IT Infrastructure Service Desk Operations Lead We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Service Desk Operations Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing SLAs and KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations to ensure efficient and effective IT support. Monitor and maintain service levels and performance metrics. Deliver technical assistance via voice calls, resolving infrastructure issues promptly. Provide support in English and at least one additional language (Portuguese, French, Canadian French, Spanish, German, Polish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin). Manage incidents with accurate documentation and timely follow-up. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with effective solutions. Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders for seamless service delivery. Train and guide junior agents to build a skilled and collaborative team. Maintain clear and comprehensive process and resolution records. Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years in IT Infrastructure Service Desk operations. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks). Proven ability to meet performance targets. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and one additional language. Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Commitment to delivering a positive user experience. ITIL certification or equivalent (preferred).
