**SR HR System & Innovation Analyst**
At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won't find anywhere else. We are looking for a **SR HR System & Innovation Analyst **who can join our multicultural team in Rio de Janeiro.
**Job description**
- Working with large amounts of data and reports. Comparing, processing and analyzing (Big data analyst);
- Participate in project management providing support and input to Global and Local initiatives;
- Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions to help streamline and automate (new) HR processes;
- Strong activity in Process Improvement and KPIs.
- Location: Rio de Janeiro - Eco Sapucaí
- **You are meant for this job if**
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science or Computer Technologist, Engineering;
- Desirable Postgraduate in Information Systems, Data Analysis or Human Resource Management;
- Experience in producing, reading and analyzing in reports with numerous and distinct data;
- Advanced knowledge in office tools, such as Excel, advanced knowledge in Power BI;
- Solid knowledge in process analysis and improvement;
- Knowledge in Power Apps;
- Desirable experience with HRM Cloud Systems;
- Desirable knowledge of Agile methodologies, Design Thinking;
- Experience in participating in Information and Digital Services and HR project management (desirable) to implement improvements;
- Experience in proposing and analyzing process improvements and changes to improve efficiency and user experience with the system;
- Experiences in HRM Cloud Systems
- Desirable knowledge of agile methodologies, Design Thinking;
- Desirable knowledge in Product Management;
- Assess HR systems to identify areas for improvement;
- Experience in participating in IDS project management to implement improvements;
- Propose and analyze process improvements and changes to improve efficiency and user experience with the system;
- Advanced English.
