RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements.

· Execute and manage accounting spreadsheets and reports, performing expense classification and balance sheet analysis.

· Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries for assigned clients as directed by the Senior/Supervisor.

· Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts of companies, ensuring the accuracy of information.

· Ensure the correct accounting of clients' long-term transactions.

· Organize documentation related to the company's accounting.

· Record accounting transactions for clients under your responsibility.

· Assist in tax calculation.

· Reconcile accounts and complete tax payment forms and requests with government agencies.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

· WILLINGNESS TO LEARN – No experience in US accounting is required, but it will be a plus.

· Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

NICE TO HAVE:

· Experience with QuickBooks

· Experience with US GAAP
