  • Support the back office functions for clients, ensuring integration of People, Process, Technology, Organization, and Data
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
  • Oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Provide insights and recommendations for financial performance improvements
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within finance
  • Familiarity with Finance as a Service (FaaS) models
  • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions
