Position Summary
Lead and develop soft and hard skills in the commercial team, supporting and directing the growth of the business. Manage strategies and execution of the sales plan aligned with the marketing plan.
**Responsibilities**:
Construction of sales planning in the short and medium term.
Definition of goals and objectives to guide the execution of the tactical sales plan and performance analysis.
Creation of development plans connected to the career aspirations of each team member and business needs.
Performance analysis through sales results, account planning and opportunity funnel management.
Support the sales team in the preparation and negotiation of business proposals and contracts in a sustainable manner aligned with the organization's and customers' needs.
Challenge the creation of new business models with solid rationales.
Be a guardian of the rational use of resources, ensuring the use of expenses within the budget.
Promotion of situational leadership within each one's maturity stage.
Leadership with coach and feedback to build high performance teams.
Promotion of an inclusive, diverse, innovation-friendly environment.
Conflict management with courage, empathy, flexibility.
Promotion and defense of compliance and compliance for 100% of internal and external interactions.
Active role in communication between areas of Marketing, Education, Services and customer service.
Support the elaboration of the promotional strategy for products, in accordance with the established commercial objectives.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Education, Experience and Skills
**Master’s Degree**: Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or courses in health area.
At least 5 years of experience in the medical or medical device field.
At least 5 years of experience in the commercial area.
At least 2 years in management / supervision loads with reporting.
Management and sales skills in direct / indirect channels.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Skill in marketing or commercial strategy.
Financial and business acumen.
Advanced level/fluent in English.
Presentation skills; Education/training/oratory methodologies.
Self-management; Strategic thought.
Problem solving and decision-making skills.
Relationship management (suppliers, partners, employees and customers).
Emotional intelligence; Courage.
Accountability.
Knowledge in Excel and spreadsheets in general and sales softwares as SalesForce, and Power BI would be a plus.
