**Main responsibilities and tasks**:
- Supporting Brazil Country Manager in growing Emeraude presence in Brazil
- Promoting Emeraude name and Emeraude brand in Brazil
- Promoting material offered by Emeraude suppliers
- Looking for sourcing solutions internally if not yet available to answer customer requirements
- Collecting due payments and avoiding any kind of payment issue
- Assist with the sourcing side, keeping regular contact with suppliers with a focus on Brazil sales
- Diversify our product portfolio to Latin America
- Keeping profitability optimization in mind for all of the above
- Bachelor’s degree required, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Polymer Science degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the chemicals (preferably polymers) industry
- Proven experience in a sales environment; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Strong negotiations skills, including an ability to “close the deal”
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with data analytic tools
- Applicants must possess a high proficiency with Access Databases, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office.
- Bilingual (English & Portuguese)
