**What are we looking for?**
**Main assignments**: As a CM you will define strategic guidelines for GMO actions; Interact with sponsors and stakeholders; Plan and execute strategic definitions of change; Act as leader of the change front, meeting the 5 pillars (strategic definition, stakeholders, organizational readiness, communication and training.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge with SAP projects
- The one capable of supporting other professionals in solving complex problems and influencing managers in decision-making. It presents specialized depth and breadth of knowledge in the discipline. They will work autonomously, technically leading projects with direct responsibility for ongoing objectives.
- With 7 years of relevant experience, you will bring valuable expertise to drive the project's success.
**Mandatory registrations or certifications**:
Certification in Change Management (traditional or agile) in PROSCI ADKAR or HCMBOK methodologies.
