**The Specialist will be responsible for**:
Collect, assess and design business requirements into IT specifications
Create, keep accurate and publish IT Key Performance
Indicators(KPI) such as: Total vs open Tickets, Projects Status, Number of Critical Bugs
Disaster Recovery TO and RPO
Support Vendors relationship management;
Support and formalize local controls
Review and improve local procedures
Support both Internal & External Audits and Committees
**Requirements**:
Higher Education
Advanced English
Functional knowledge on trading systems/products and acquainted integration processes across GM platforms, FIX protocol communication, Market Data Structure, Post Trade and connectivity with the Brazilian Exchange trade
Must be hands on regarding on technical matters (SQL DB, windows/linux servers)
