Lead Trial Delivery Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions for our clients across the LATAM region, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate multiple client accounts, aligning the delivery of recruitment projects with client expectations and business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client leadership, to understand their evolving talent needs and provide strategic insights.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional/global leadership to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in talent delivery.

You'll be someone who can bring:

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management, with relevant experience supporting the LATAM region.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards across LATAM markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience working with ATS platforms, reporting tools, and HRIS systems.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
