**ABOUT THE ROLE**:The Tax Analyst will have direct interaction with different VTEX teams, such as compliance, finance, sales, procurement, and M&A, and also with external advisors.**ABOUT THE TEAM**:The tax team oversees the group ́s tax structuring, planning, governance and compliance, in a tax efficient manner.You will perform indirect tax routines such as:- SS calculation and related ancillary obligations;- PIS and COFINS calculations (cumulative and non-cumulative regime);- Calculation of withholding taxes and respective payment (IRRF, CSRF, ISS, INSS);- Preparation of ancillary obligations (EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, ECF, DCTF, DIRF, PER/DCOMP, EFD Contributions)- Support other areas, vendors and suppliers related to tax aspects.**WHO YOU ARE**:- You must be based in Rio or São Paulo and have availability to go to the office once or twice a week;- Experience with SAP system;- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency;- Good knowledge of MS Excel;- Bachelor's degree preferred in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field;- 4+ years of experience in Brazilian Tax Compliance regulations;- Direct tax (IRPJ e CSLL) knowledge will be considered as a differential;- You are a team player - one of the most important responsibilities of a Tax team member is to interact with other teams;- You have the curiosity to understand how the VTEX operation and respective controls and taxation work;- Communicative;- Proactive;- Analytic;About VTEXVTEX (NYSE: VTEX) is the enterprise digital commerce platform where global brands and retailers run their world of commerce.
