Employer Industry: Senior Living Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary range: $66,262 - $73,500 Opportunity for career scholarships and continuing education Flexible hybrid schedule with remote work options Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance Supportive and collaborative work environment dedicated to making a difference Paid Time Off to promote work-life balance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Attract, assess, and hire top talent through effective recruitment strategies Train and develop hiring managers on recruitment processes to achieve objectives Develop innovative recruitment strategies for nurses and CNAs to meet hiring goals Partner with HR to identify and solve recruiting and retention challenges Manage applicant database and reporting requirements accurately and timely What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in recruitment or human resources Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred Willingness to travel occasionally for training and job fairs Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Proven experience in maintaining composure under pressure in fast-paced environments How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Demonstrated ability to communicate updates effectively prior to meetings Experience in partnering closely with HR Business Partners to achieve recruitment goals Creative and innovative approach to building community awareness and relationships Comfortable leading job fairs and community events Willingness to support fellow Talent Acquisition Partners as needed #SeniorLiving #TalentAcquisition #HealthcareRecruitment #CareerOpportunities #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
