#VAGA REMOTA para Administrador / Desenvolvedor ServiceNow Sênior (Inglês Fluente) Fuso de trabalho: EST (Eastern Time) Idioma : Inglês fluente obrigatório A Stefanini LATAM está buscando um Senior ServiceNow Administrator / Developer para atuar em um projeto internacional no setor de manufatura e mineração global. Esta é uma oportunidade 100% remota, em modelo contractor (PJ via Deel) , para profissionais com sólida experiência em administração, desenvolvimento e integração da plataforma ServiceNow. Responsabilidades Administrar, configurar e manter a plataforma ServiceNow, garantindo desempenho, estabilidade e usabilidade. Gerenciar acessos, workflows, UI Policies, Flow Designer e configurações gerais da plataforma. Otimizar e configurar o Service Operations Workspace para suportar operações de Service Desk. Atuar com equipes multifuncionais para levantamento de requisitos e implementação de melhorias. Liderar projetos envolvendo automação, Virtual Agent, integrações e novas capacidades do ServiceNow. Manter e evoluir integrações com ferramentas de monitoramento, CMDB, HR systems, cloud platforms, entre outras. Criar e manter documentação técnica (arquitetura, processos, integrações e procedimentos). Apoiar upgrades, novas implementações e governança da plataforma conforme práticas ITIL. Requisitos Técnicos 5+ anos administrando e desenvolvendo na plataforma ServiceNow. Forte experiência com integrações ServiceNow (REST / SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub). Domínio em JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Policies, e customizações gerais. Experiência com ITSM ; conhecimento em CMDB, Discovery, Performance Analytics é diferencial. Conhecimento em módulos adicionais : HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, SOW etc. (diferencial). Certificação ServiceNow System Administrator (obrigatória). Certificação ITIL Foundation (diferencial). Inglês fluente para comunicação com times globais. Excelent raciocínio analítico, troubleshooting e comunicação.
