A world of wonder awaits you.About the job- In close collaboration with the Global CX Academy team implement in excellence of the Global / Cluster training initiatives and programs.- Taking a holistic learning approach based on assessment, identification and prioritization develop the Cluster Training calendar, the annual budget (including tool forecasts) according to business and strategic goals.- Evaluate effectiveness of training and review training programs to ensure they achieve training and business objectives. Identify skills gaps, provide feedback to the global team and adapt training plan to address training priorities.- Ensure a consistent onboarding for all new starters.
