Estamos contratando PROJECT CHIEF - PC horário central.

Responsável pela coordenação técnica e gestão de projetos de desenvolvimento de produto e/ou processo no setor automotivo, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos, custos, qualidade e requisitos de engenharia. Atua como elo entre áreas internas, fornecedores e clientes, garantindo a entrega eficiente e robusta de soluções para novos produtos e modificações.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Planejar, coordenar e acompanhar todas as etapas do projeto de produto/processo automotivo, desde conceito até a produção em série;
  • Garantir que os requisitos técnicos, funcionais e de qualidade sejam atendidos conforme normas internas e do cliente;
  • Liderar equipes multidisciplinares (engenharia, manufatura, qualidade, compras e logística) durante a execução do projeto;
  • Elaborar e gerenciar cronogramas (gates de projeto), identificando riscos e propondo planos de ação;
  • Acompanhar e validar estudos de viabilidade técnica, DFMEA/PFMEA, DVP&R, planos de testes e protótipos;
  • Suportar e acompanhar fornecedores na validação de componentes e ferramentas;
  • Preparar e apresentar status reports técnicos e de gestão para a diretoria e/ou cliente;
  • Controlar budget do projeto, monitorando custos de engenharia, ferramental e alterações de produto/processo;
  • Atuar na resolução de problemas técnicos, propondo alternativas e garantindo a robustez do produto final;
  • Conduzir reuniões técnicas com clientes e fornecedores, mantendo comunicação clara e assertiva.

REQUISITOS:

  • Conhecimento em softwares CAD/CAE (NX, Catia, AutoForm, etc.) e ferramentas de gestão de projetos;
  • Habilidade em liderança de equipes e gestão de conflitos;
  • Inglês Avançado.

  • Formação em Engenharia Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Produção ou áreas correlatas;
