About the project

As a Project Manager , you will lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives related to cloud, data, and AI. This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

How you'll contribute

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and technical architecture.
• Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and cloud infrastructure.
• Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on strategic goals and priorities.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business terms.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Adapt to changing priorities and embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
• Encourage experimentation and learning from failures.

This would make you the ideal candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ Years of experience working as a Project Manager.
• 5+ Years of experience managing a budget over 1MM USD.
• 5+ Years of experience leading or working on Agile environments.
• 3+ Years of experience working with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 3+ Years of experience working with Data.
• 2+ Years of experience leading the PMO or Project Managers.
• 1+ Years of experience leading AI / ML projects.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
