Sap Payroll Consultant – Hybrid

Implement solutions according to specificationsLead blueprinting workshops and define user storiesDesign and document business requirements and technical specificationsSupport data cleansing, mapping, and conversion activitiesAssist during UAT, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phasesManage gaps/issues with other teams or streamsPerform QA reviews on blueprints and configurationsIdentify and manage project risksParticipate in team forums and knowledge-sharing sessionsReport progress and risks to the Project Manager or Agile Team LeadRequirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalentConfiguration experience with SAP Payroll or Kronos/Workforce ManagerKnowledge of at least two SAP functional areasStrong functional and blueprinting skillsWillingness to travel 10–25%Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience leading Multi-Country HR/Payroll implementationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong client-facing and consulting skillsAnalytical and systematic problem-solving abilitiesSolid knowledge of implementation methodologiesStrong prioritization and time management skillsExperience leading teams of consultantsExpertise in SAP Payroll, HR, Time Management, or PortalsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsClient-focused mindset with HR/Payroll business process knowledgeBenefits:
