InvesTechs is a performance-focused marketing automation company generating high-net-worth investor leads for real estate investment funds and premium services. We are in the process of merging with Raise Ai, a cutting-edge tech and CRM solutions provider focused on smart onboarding, automation, and campaign performance systems.Together, we’re building a unified powerhouse for investor lead generation and automation.**Learn more**:**Position Overview**:We’re hiring an Operations Manager to join us at a pivotal point of growth and integration. You’ll work closely with leadership to organize, stabilize, and optimize workflows across both companies as we merge. This role will start part-time (~20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership role.**Responsibilities**:- Build, document, and refine SOPs across teams and departments.- Manage client-deliverable and internal project timelines, deliverables, and workflow tracking using ClickUp.- Coordinate day-to-day operations and task allocation between InvesTechs and Raise Ai.- Identify operational gaps and implement system improvements.- Facilitate communication across departments.- Support onboarding of new hires and improve team training processes.**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or team coordination.- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.- Proficient with ClickUp, Slack, GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs)- Familiar with Zapier/Make, and Google Workspace.- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.- Bonus if you’ve handled mergers, scaling operations, or startup-style environments.**You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...**- Have a process-first mindset and love creating clarity out of chaos.- Can confidently manage priorities across multiple teams and timelines.- Enjoy streamlining systems and helping businesses scale.- Are a clear communicator and thoughtful leader, even without formal authority.**Work Schedule**:- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.- Minimum availability required from 10am to 2pm EST, Monday to Friday**Perks and Growth**:- Be part of a high-impact company merger and shape foundational systems.- Work closely with a lean and driven leadership team.- Flexible part-time role with clear growth path to full-time.- Encouragement to pursue professional development and certifications.**Our Tech Stack**:- CRM - GoHighLevel- Analytics - Databox- Integrations - Zapier, Integromat, Make- Communication - Zoom- Operations - ClickUp, Slack**Application Process**: If you're a clear communicator, creative problem solver, and initiative taker who thrives in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply.
