ABB is looking for a **Portfolio Product Manager - Solutions** to join the **Distribution Solutions (ELDS)** team within the **Electrification** business. This role is responsible for managing the Solutions business line, which integrates Medium Voltage equipment into full-service solutions tailored to industrial customers. If you have experience with electrical systems integration, automation, and a strategic mindset focused on growth and profitability, we want to meet you**Your Responsibilities**- Manage the full lifecycle of the Solutions portfolio, from development to launch and ongoing support.- Support the Sales team with market analysis, pricing, resource planning, and technical support.- Monitor profitability, stock levels, and sales performance to ensure competitive positioning.- Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to develop communication strategies, market research, and product innovation.- Lead product integration projects with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.- Define portfolio mix, volumes, and pricing in alignment with global HQ, considering logistics, taxation, and local market needs.**Your Background**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.- Experience with electrical systems projects and solution integration.- Hands-on experience with e-houses, electrocenters, and systems with automation.- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).**Nice to Have**- Spanish language skills.- Experience in B2B technical sales.- Knowledge of electrical automation.- Background in P&L management.**What We Offer**- Hybrid work model with flexibility between home office and on-site presence.- A collaborative, dynamic, and results-oriented work environment.- Direct contact with strategic customers and high-impact projects.- Real opportunities for international growth and development.**#LI-Hybrid****About ABB’s Electrification Business**ABB’s **Electrification (EL)** division delivers safe, smart, and sustainable technologies for electrical distribution across sectors such as infrastructure, industry, data centers, buildings, and utilities.
