Product Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
As the Product Marketing Manager at Lexmark, you will play a pivotal role driving the marketing strategy and execution for our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product portfolio, planning, marketing, among others, to ensure successful product launches, maximize sales revenue, market share, and company profitability. You must be a proactive communicator and a data-driven decision-maker. This role report to the Field Marketing Manager for the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage new product introductions, including:

- Support the product portfolio and sales team to define the product roadmap that best fits the market needs in Latin America with data-driven information.
- Follow up closely everything needed to an on-time product launch, such as part number readiness, communication to sales and other related areas.
- Prepare and deliver product training and presentations.
- Support Sales and other teams in more technical questions.
- Support the Product Portfolio and Pricing team on the price definition and price list updates.
- Assist the sales team with main RFP/Tender.
- Manages special product requests from end to end.
- Organize and support hospitality and/or product events in Brazil and LATAM

Main Requirements and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in project management. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, portfolio, planning, among others.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and support events in Brazil and LATAM.
- Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
