We are seeking a talented and motivated Tech Lead to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing technical projects, with a strong focus on leveraging AWS, Python and React for data transformation and analytics.Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions using Python, React and AWS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, usability, and security.Document data architectures, processes, and workflows.Integrate data quality measures into data architectures.Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for data-related issues.Mentor and guide team members on best practices and technical challenges.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Sólid experience working with Python and React.Advanced knowledge with AWS.Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Experience with source control management using Git.Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).Proven experience in designing and implementing data transformation and analytics solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Nice to Have: Knowledge of Python and SQL Server.Experience working with international clients.Familiarity with Data Quality practices and tools.Understanding of Data Governance solutions.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.#LI-JP3Our benefits: -Health and dental insurance-Meal and food allowance-Childcare assistance-Extended paternity leave-Partnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass;–Profit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR);-Life insurance–Continuous learning platform (CI&T University);-Discount club-Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well-being-Pregnancy and responsible parenting course-Partnerships with online learning platforms-Language learning platformAnd many moreMore details about our benefits here: CI&T, inclusion starts at the first contact.
