System Enhancement Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer to enhance our IT systems by introducing new technology and integrating with third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate high-performance trading applications
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including traders, operations teams, and strategists
  • Translate business requirements into technical design specifications
  • Identify technology solutions for enhancements or new initiatives
  • Implement unit and integration test cases using industry-standard frameworks
  • Document necessary changes to support business needs

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 6 years of enterprise development experience (Java/JDK 8+)
  • Expertise in developing high-performance and distributed applications
  • Experience with message brokers (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)
  • Experience with cache/in-memory data grids (Redis, Hazelcast, or similar)
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP/gRPC
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented programming and design principles
  • Concurrent and multithreading skills
  • Spring framework, including Spring Boot and Actuator
  • Advanced SQL and database knowledge
  • Automated testing experience (TDD, BDD, mutation testing)
  • Familiarity with common Linux commands
  • Experience working on geographically distributed and asynchronous teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High self-organization and self-management skills
  • At least B2 English language proficiency

  • Apache Camel
  • Knowledge of job schedulers (Tidal, Control-M, Autosys)
