DYNE São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer – SAP BTP (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite) Location: São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil Work Model: Hybrid role – 60% onsite (3 days/week); Candidates must be based in Brazil and willing to work from the São Leopoldo office; Supporting EMEA time zone Language Requirement: Portuguese and English (both required) Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards for enterprise applications built on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). In this role, you will work closely with developers, product owners, and the Quality Manager to validate features, maintain test coverage, and ensure reliable, high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, has a strong manual testing background, and thrives in an Agile/Scrum environment. Key Responsibilities Design, document, and execute manual test cases for applications developed on SAP BTP Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to validate system behavior Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage Validate acceptance criteria for backlog items before release Identify, log, track, and retest defects and issues in a timely and structured manner Clearly communicate test execution status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders Collaborate with developers and the Quality Manager to align with the overall Test Strategy Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices Required Qualifications Proven hands‑on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on manual testing Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle management Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical skills to interpret requirements and identify test scenarios Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset Tools & Technologies SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) Test Management Tools: Jira, Xray, or similar Bug/Defect Tracking Systems Basic API testing tools: Postman, Bruno, or equivalent Nice To Have (Preferred Skills) Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA integration Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices architecture Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) Experience working on enterprise or SAP-based applications Travel Onsite Requirement Must be available to work onsite 3 days per week with the team in São Leopoldo, Brazil No international travel required Ideal Candidate Profile Quality-driven professional with strong manual testing expertise Comfortable working in a hybrid model and collaborating with distributed teams Proactive, communicative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced Agile environment Able to support EMEA stakeholders while being based in Brazil #J-18808-Ljbffr
