Job OverviewThis role focuses on implementing effective workforce management solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include providing consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams, as well as delivering projects aligned with optimal methodologies. Highly complex environments requiring multi-product solutions, customization, and integration with other third-party products will be a significant challenge for this position. The ability to adapt to different customer environments and independently handle discussions with senior management is crucial. Key Responsibilities Drive requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organisation. Design a solution that best fits the customer requirements while minimizing deviations from standard functionalities. Prepare functional and technical solution design documents. Collaborate with offshore technical teams to build the solution and clarify queries. Train core users of the customer. Manage customer user acceptance tests. Work with project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field. Mandatory experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management. English Advanced (B2-C1) Experience in requirement gathering and solution design. Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT is preferred. Demonstrated track record in delivering quality technology and business solutions to diverse customers.
